AquaZen was registered in 2023 with a conviction that has not changed since: clean, safe drinking water should not be a luxury, and getting it should not be a chore. What began as a plan to serve households in Pretoria has grown into a business supplying offices, restaurants, clubs, event planners and retailers across Gauteng.

Our first business plan called for building our own purification plant. After studying the numbers honestly, we made a different call: partner with an established local purification facility, and put every rand we would have spent on machinery into the things our customers actually experience — considered bottle design, fair pricing, careful packaging and quick, reliable delivery. Our water is purified and bottled here in Gauteng, and we hold our production partner to South Africa's SANS 241 drinking-water standard, with batch coding on every run.

Every bottle carries a design that is our own, in 500ml, 1.5L and 5L. And when the occasion calls for it — a wedding, a launch, a corporate function — we put your name on the label instead of ours.

We are still small enough to know our customers by name, and we intend to stay that way: one person to talk to, orders that arrive when we said they would, and water you would be happy to put on the table.
